Throughout Lent children in our religious education program filled grocery bags for the two food pantries we support. By Easter we had 44 bags of groceries at Corpus Christi Church and a truckload at St. Pius X Church to deliver to the Montdale and Hop Bottom pantries. Also $120.00 in cash was donated to buy hams for the pantries to distribute for family Easter dinners.
