Over the first weekend of March we enjoyed lots of good food at Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon Building God's Community Dinners. Our parish potlucks are always a treat! A camera recorded the events and we'll post photos soon.

Following the meal the children watched a movie while the rest of us looked at our new parish logo and discussed the goals and objectives for the parish's next three to five years. The plan expresses what we believe God is asking of us at this time. Our parish must show those who don't know Jesus well, or at all, how alive He is.

Those who were at the dinners gave us many good ideas for action steps and some people volunteered to help. Now the Parish Pastoral Council is writing the action strategies to achieve our plan's objectives. We will keep you posted on progress even as we welcome further input. Those who offered help might not get a call until we have the action steps written down.

We're looking forward to a vibrant future with all parishioners engaged in the mission God has given us.
